In Everything, Give Thanks

All throughout the Scriptures, we are called to give thanks. There were festivals and sacrifices specifically for expressing gratitude. Thousands of years later, our culture also has a day set aside to recognize all that God has provided. It’s easy to do that on Thanksgiving Day when you’re sitting with family around a turkey. But how do we become a people who overflow with thanksgiving? How do we express it when things are going great and we’re tempted not to slow down? How do we give thanks when life seems to rob us of the blessings we held on to so tightly? How do we, in everything, give thanks? Join us as we look to make this act of gratitude a lifestyle and not a day in November.
